Fort Marcy Property Accessibility

Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Almost all units and common areas require climbing at least 3-4 stairs. All 3-bedroom and many 2-bedroom condominiums are two levels.

Walking to Santa Fe Plaza

The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please remember that the return trip will be uphill and take around 20 minutes.

NOTICE: WE REQUIRE A 2-NIGHT STAY YEAR-ROUND. CERTAIN DATES MAY HAVE A LONGER LENGTH OF STAY REQUIRED.

Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Truly nothing bad to say about our stay. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty enough room for our family of 5. We loved being able to walk up to the Fort Marcy park for a sunset view and loved that we could walk down to the Plaza. The pool & hot tub access are a huge bonus with kids. We will absolutely be staying again!
