On-site parking, an outdoor pool and hot tub, 24-hour security, and rooftop grills enhance your stay and keep you coming back for more.

Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Very nice and comfortable. It's our second time here but different unit. We love it because of the location to restaurants is walking distance and beach access. Love hearing and looking at the ocean from this building.

Room 710. Absolutely breathtaking. My guests and I could not have been anymore in heaven. What a gorgeous experience. Modern, clean, spacious. Loved that we had our own parking spot. Easy access to beach. We walked in and could not even believe the view. Incredible! Coming back in October for my birthday. Already booked the trip. Can't wait!
