Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Loved this condo. It is exactly as pictured - updated with beautiful finishes. Great location with easy access to the slopes and ski rentals. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The lodge/hotel itself needs to be updated and it can be confusing to get around at first, but the location and updated room were our priority. Easy access to the pool and hot tub as well. Loved the fireplace and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful place and we would definitely recommend.

Our family loved staying in this condo during our ski vacation. We loved the convenience to the slopes and the ski rentals - especially having children. The condo is beautiful just as a photos show. It is updated, clean and very nice. Bathrooms were awesome and the beds were comfortable. I would say that the couch in the living area isn’t super comfortable but everything else is pretty great.
