Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Additional Terms

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our family of 5 slept comfortably, the apartment was clearly recently updated. Kitchen, bathrooms and the room’s carpets look new. It was really the ski in ski out experience we were looking for. It took us less than 5 minutes to go from the apartment to the lift. The only downside of being so close to the lifts is that we could hear the machines that groomed the trails every night. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper. It was our first time at Park City so had no idea about location, it surpassed our expectations and apartment was even better than the pictures. Will definitely book this place again on our next visit.

Ideal location for a family with kids in ski school as ski school meeting place is right outside the condo! We even watched our kids from the condo windows as they started their first lesson on the magic carpet. Very clean, kitchen was well-stocked, warm fireplace, decorated with Park City art and a couple of family games provided.

This condo was fantastic. It can legitimately sleep 8 in beds, has a great open-plan kitchen/dining area/living room and has a great view. It overlooks the mountain and the base where ski school starts, which could be nice for families with young kids. It's location is the most convenient of anywhere we've stayed. Finding it the first time is HARD so watch the video link tucked at the bottom of the check in email.
