Three beautiful floors of spacious, refreshing living overlooking the beautiful highland flats of the Swaner Preserve, this gorgeous vacation home is the ultimate Park City home away from home. With four bedrooms and a spacious main floor, Bear Hollow Polar Place is perfect for even large groups or family gatherings.

The second floor is the heart of the Park City vacation home, including an expansive living room with a large TV and a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and double wall-mounted ovens, and a dining area with room for 10. The open-concept floor is a lively single space, making it easy to enjoy a buzzy evening of conversation without barriers. If you need a breather, step out onto the private balcony and enjoy some of Park City’s natural beauty.

Upstairs, three large bedrooms are ready to cradle you to sleep. The primary suite has its own walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a deep jetted tub and a separate shower. An additional bathroom is situated to serve two guest rooms. One room contains a queen bed, the other holds a twin/full bunk with a further twin trundle underneath. Alongside the bedrooms, the top floor holds a washer and dryer to service your wardrobe.

Downstairs, the two-car garage and front door are accompanied by one more bedroom—one that holds a king bed and a television and has its own bathroom. Finally, the home has its own built-in stereo system on both the ground and middle floors.

Your stay also includes access to neighborhood community amenities at the Bear Hollow clubhouse. Swim in the outdoor pool, take a dip in the outdoor hot tub, roast some marshmallows over the fire pit, and more!

Additional Terms

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
