Have your gear delivered by ski valet and get right onto the slopes from the landing outside. Enjoying Park City’s signature snow from Canyons Village has never been easier. After a full day of fun, come home to gleaming suites filled from floor to high ceiling with sleek natural materials, contemporary sensibilities, and a color palette highlighting the mountain’s earthy tones and sky-blue hues. You can even ski straight home on the Retreat run that ends on LIFT’s patio.

LIFT Park City offers a complete resort experience designed to meet your needs. The hillside courtyard has a large pool, two hot tubs, grills, fire pits, loungers, conversation areas, and private cabanas. An indoor lounge is provided to entertain everyone—including your youngest guests. Blocks and video games are available alongside multiple huge TVs, a pool table, foosball, Starbucks coffee, and tea. With a carefully stocked fitness center and steam room, you won’t have to interrupt your workout program.

Ski-in/Ski-out Lodging

Please note that ski-in/ski-out access to the Sunrise chairlift is dependent on snow conditions. Chairlift closures may affect ski-in/ski-out access. If the Sunrise chairlift and/or Retreat ski run are closed, ski access is provided via the Red Pine Gondola—just a short walk from LIFT condos in Park City.

Getting Around

Complimentary on-demand guest transportation is available at this property, courtesy of the free Canyons Village Connect service. Use the Canyons Village Connect app to request direct-to-door rides to and from the ski base and Canyons Village destinations.

Service is available during ski season dates of operation from 7 AM to 10 PM. The official app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.

Parking at Lift Park City is conveniently located underground and provided free of charge, ensuring the safety of your vehicle during your stay. Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

What a beautiful place in a beautiful location! The condo was spacious and spotless. The property management team was so easy to work with: great communication, responsive, and excellent follow through. We will definitely miss the gorgeous views out of the floor to ceiling windows, daily hikes, evening relaxation in the hot tub/pool, and the quiet of being there at the end of October (had to attend a conference). If you come to ski, the lift is literally outside the front door of the property. Definitely recommend a stay at Lift 🙂

This was our second stay at Lift. The Ski in/Ski out is amazing. The Ski Valet service is a welcome touch after a long day on the slopes. The unit is very high quality and well appointed. The pool/hot tub/club amenities are great for kids. Walk to great dining at The Pendry next door. You can literally ski to your front door on Retreat Run. The Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge is a high end touch the whole family enjoyed. It serves Coffee, Chai Tea, and Hot Chocolate!

The location and condo were both fantastic - easy ski access, and walking distance to all the Village has to offer. Terrific amenities too (the hot tub and the ski storage among the best). However the attention to detail and the communication with the property management team was outstanding - every question was answered, multiple emails and text messages were sent, and the one time I needed to talk to someone "live", someone assisted me in under a minute. We were so impressed with how easy this vacation was!

We just returned from our stay at Lift. The condo is beautiful, basically brand new. We had lots of room for 4 of us and the location was amazing. We were just steps from the lift and yet it was extremely quiet. We will certainly be back!
