Key Program

This reservation is subject to the applicable Key Fee of $50.

Owner/Agent is responsible for communicating key pickup instructions and arrival/departure times to their guest(s).

The Key Service is limited to the distribution of Unit keys to Owner/Agent’s incoming guest(s) and may include the use of a wall safe or self-service kiosk.

Owner/Agent gives ASRL their expressed permission to make and distribute a key to their Unit for the guest(s) named on this request and agrees to hold ASRL harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and losses arising out of any injury to or death of any person, and any damage, loss, or destruction of any property occurring in, on, about, or to the Unit or Project, from any cause whatsoever that may arise from issuing a key to the named guest(s).
