The free Park City bus system stops just outside of Shadow Ridge at the Silver King (next door). Park City’s bus system runs very frequent routes that go all over town and can carry skis and bikes! We love the free bus system and know you will, too. It doesn’t get much easier!

Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Additional Terms

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Our recent stay at the Shadow Ridge Hotel room SR-408-1, a charming spot that really took us back in time. The decor, reminiscent of a bygone era, added a nostalgic touch to our visit, evoking fond memories of grandmas house with plates hung on the walls and furniture of a quality that just doesn't seem to be made anymore. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of quaint shops and local eateries nearby. However, it was clear that the hotel could benefit from some updates; the furnishings and amenities felt a bit dated, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. One significant hiccup during my stay was a four-hour power outage that occurred in the morning. It made navigating the hotel quite challenging and no staff were on-site to address the issue and reset the elevators, especially as I was trying to get ready for the day. The shower was another minor inconvenience, as the shower head was positioned quite low, making it uncomfortable for taller guests like myself. A goose neck extension which is quite easy to install would alleviate this discomfort while showering. Despite these issues, my overall experience was pleasant, and the hotel's unique charm kept me smiling. With a little renovation and attention to detail, the Shadow Ridge could easily elevate itself to a top-notch destination.

Loved the Living Room/Dining/Kitchen area to chill in. Rooms were spacious. Loved having 3 bathrooms, one off the gathering area. The location was right near the lift and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The hot tub seemed a little dirty or needed to be repainted but was still a nice amenity with the sauna.

We had a great stay! Unit 409 was very spacious and well equipped. Three bathrooms! There was lots of room for winter gear. Kitchen was stocked. Two large bedrooms with great storage. Walking distance to the slopes and the free bus, so no need for a car. Highly recommend!

Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners.
